Each step of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored for quality control with the initial design process utilizing Solid Edge 3D computer aided design that integrates directly with the computer aided manufacturing process.

All our steel work is cut using CNC Laser cutting machines that ensure an extremely high quality of finish, with edges either rounded or folded to ensure a smooth edge on every surface.

Each drawer is manufactured to each customer's specific requirements, which could be a unique customised specification, or an enhancement of a generic drawer, such as a particular colour, different lock option, or even a different choice of stainless steel finish for the drawer lid.

Insert layouts can also be adapted to match different countries currency.
